copy-paste on subject has removed some blanks !

Yes I knew fence_ipmilan as I used it serveral years with CS, but
it is an executable, whereas ipmi was a script, so fence_ipmilan is
much less interesting when we want to modify some details.
But ok it's a RH choice, I understand.
I'll test it very soon on RHEL6.
