I did and I do :)

Compiled RPMS myself, the biggest challenge was kernel for DRBD, you can't use 
the standard kernel with it.
corosync also doesn't work on this platform yet, so use heartbeat instead. I 
suggest to setup mock-environment.
PowerPC RHEL has a very strange mix of ppc and ppc64 modules, you would be much 
better of with mock
