None of these logs are actually from the resource agent.

Look for the lrmd log where it says that it is executing the start, and
the Filesystem RA's own logging (and surrounding kernel messages, if
applicable).

None of the cib, crmd, mgmtd, pengine logs will help you here. Ignore
them. And obviously, you need to check the logs on the node where the
operation fails, which may not be the same one as the one where pengine
reports that it found a problem in the cluster history.
