I tried to use priorities (which seems to work as when i changed them i've not the same behaviour)
- a standalone riloe is working fine when there is not network or power problem - a standalone meatware is working fine when i use meatclient to confirm that the node is down - but with botth riloe and meatware, only one is take into account. for simulating that problem, i set meatware with the highest priority, stop one of my node, meatware is asking me to use meatclien and i do nothing and wait so that meatware enters in timeout, the riloe stonith is not launch but meatware is launched again and again. I've tried this settings without success: - 2 riloe ressource (each for one host, as ilo password are different) + 1 meatware clone - 2 riloe (each for one host) + 2 meatware ressource (each for one host) 2010/11/18 Greg Woods <[email protected]>: > On Thu, 2010-11-18 at 14:46 +0100, Sébastien Prud'homme wrote: > > >> I'm using meatware as a second >> stonith resource > > I'm doing this and it works fine. > >> Unfortunately after several tests, i didn't find a way to make it >> work: only the first stonith ressource is used (and fails), the >> cluster enter in a loop (trying to use only the first stonith >> ressource) and no ressource migration is done. > > You did run the meatclient, right?
