There is a new stonith daemon that doesn't work like the old one.
This is a RHEL system right?  Why aren't you using fence_ipmilan?

Same as I did when I explained how to use fence_ipmilan.

You need to do either of two things, teach it how to respond to -l, or
set pcmk_host_list in the configuration.
