Reason: The minimum of a disk on out SAN is 1GB, and it's quite wasteful to 
have 1GB just for SBD. Doing some calculation, 1MB for SBD should be enough for 
about any number of cluster nodes, and 900MB should be enough for more than 
1000 resources to control.
