Hi Erkan, As I've sent a personal email to you and as Ikeda-san already replied to you, Anybody may use the logo in conjunction with any Pacemaker / Linux-HA related projects.
The logo is a contribution from the Japanese Pacemaker / Linux-HA community, so asking the permission to the Japanese mailing list as you did is right but here is also fine.
