Hello -

AFAIK pgpool OCF RA isn't shipped with Pacemaker so you need to work with
whoever created it and find out why it doesn't start. There are some other
strange things about your cluster though:

1. It looks like it's one node cluster. Is it true? What's the point in a
such strange configuration.
2. If you have just one instance of PostgreSQL why do you need pgpool then?
3. You probably should start with building a cluster that runs pgsql, mae
sure that it works fine and then add pgpool if needed. There is a pretty
