Hi Florian, OK I'll check. And thanks for your explanation about probe/monitoring, it is very clear for me now. But it also means, that despite we set is-managed=false for a primitive, it could be flagged as Failed if a probe is occuring for whatever reason, right ?

A probe is the same as a monitor operation, except that it is not recurring. From time to time, such as when initiated by the administrator, when a new node joins the cluster, or when a new resource is added to the configuration, Pacemaker initiates just one run of the "monitor" action in the the RA, just to see whether the resource is currently active on a node. That single, non-recurring monitor invocation is commonly known as a probe.
