Hi ,

in Pacemaker documentation , it is written that groups inherit only
priority, target-role, is-managed options, but not migration-threshold , 
that 
was the "detail" which leads me to ask my question .

so it seems that Pacemaker simply ignores any migration-threshold set
on group meta.

I would be surprised if it wouldn't work, actually the logic behind the 
group
attributes is, that the group resources inherit it. If you define it
for group or
for every resource in the group, it should be the same.
