What will happen if some resource failes to stop cleanly? Will fencing still be active (and fence)? I guess fencing as a resource will be stopped also. With a two node cluster the problem can be that one node fences the other, and while alone it cannot fence itself, so the resource stop will wait forever (i.e. "rcopenais stop" in SLES11).
