ax25-config 3.3

I am wondering if anyone out there has had problems with the ax25-config 
utility to setup the config files for packet..
When I run it, it tells me I need to install dialog to run the utility 
script.
I'm running mandrake 10.1 and wondering if anyone can help me out..
