        If you don't want people to use your web page, make it so complex
that it takes 20 minutes to load, or use a technique that older or other
designers browsers do not work. I will give a written guarentee that you
will have less than 5 users/day if you go in this direction.

        Now if you want to educate that is another matter. Give the user a
nice plain page and then let him link to other pages that he knows need
Java or some other feature. He can bail out to your first page if it
doesn't work...
