It sounds to me like you have not configured the system as required, in the
README it states "you must set the interface callsign to call-15". When i
was helping Petr Bravenec, OK2PID with the program that was the biggest
problem, i tryed to convince him it was bad to do it that way, there were
reasons for doing so at the time he said, however i dont think he ever
changed its behaviour. I dont use xpr myself now a days but, if you send me
your xpr config files and axports file, i will try to solve your problems.
