The schematics are in my DCC'98 paper, see eg. ife.ee.ethz.ch/~sailer/ham/ham.html,
DCC98 section. Kits as well as the appropriate drivers are available
from Baycom, www.baycom.org. The drivers are in the "Terminal Program"
section.
Note that the schematic is slightly outdated (it won't do 1k2,
one additional resistor is required).
