I have a number of machines running RH5.2 serving the amateur radio
community here in Kansas City, MO. I can run pwconv and grpconv on all but
one of them and still log into the repective systems. This one, however,
lock me out very time I run pwconv. I go to another screen and try and log
in and I get an incorrect password message. Once locked by self completely
and had to use rescue disks to rename shadow file and set root passwork to
nothing to get back in so I could undo the shadow pasword feature.
Anybody got any ideas what would cause this odd behavior.
