I'm not convinced that Bob's license means anything when it comes to Open
Source. Protocols (copyright or not) are commonly copied and software written
for them (try SAMBA for example) and given away free. It's the selling part he
can (and does) restrict.
I'm tired of waiting for the brothers grimm to come out with the X version of
APRS. :-) (besides, I'm willing to bet it isn't going to be what I want anyway)
