Yes. Or the other way around, ie. default to a high quality (in
nrbroadcast) and then manually set the "all mouth and no ears" nodes
quality low with nrparms. Both should work and which ever is more
appropriate depends on your personal preferences.
Note that either way, the nodes broadcast by the unwanted node will get on
your nodes list but they will not be broadcast forward and will only be
used as a last resort when routing.
