Hi,
thanks to everybody who replied to my call for help, and thanks for all the
information. I have it up and running now (CB packet radio indeed, using a
Baycom 1200bps modem). The problem was plain and simple bad antenna
placement; I had it mounted on my balcony in a corner. Now it's out on the
banister and running.
