Just wrote a monitor tool for bij z8530 scc, and found that it is impossible to get the current dcd status (with ioctl(..,SIOCSCCGSTAT,..)), at the same way it does with the tx state. I Think it would be resonable to add (in scc.h) a 'enum TX_state' which holds the current (soft)dcd status, and this enum to be included in 'struct scc_stat' and fill the stat.rx_state at the proper pleces in scc.c Any Change this to be inluded?
