Well, I have kernel 2.0.36 installed with baycom module installed. The
problem is that I still can'tput the driver to work.
Sometimes the driver starts and everything works well. But most of the
times the driver is loaded it doesn't receives neither transmits.
This is what "ifconfig bc0" shows:
bc0 Link encap:AMPR AX.25 HWaddr CT2HBZ-4
inet addr:44.158.28.30 Bcast:44.158.28.255 Mask:255.255.255.0

RX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
TX packets:0 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
Collisions:0
Interrupt:3 Base address:0x2f8
Now, my starting script:
setserial /dev/ttyS1 uart none # Desactivar COM1
insmod hdlcdrv # Inserir module
insmod baycom mode="ser12*" iobase=0x2f8 irq=3 # Inserir modulo de
sethdlc -a -i bc0 txd 250 slot 100 ppersist 250 half
ifconfig bc0 44.158.28.30 hw ax25 CT2HBZ-4 broadcast 44.158.28.255 \
(this is written in the line above) netmask 255.255.255.0 mtu 256 up
My computer is a Pentium/133 with built-in serial, parallel and IDE
ports.
FlexNet works well with this modem in the same port.
And this Linux config sometimes work, sometimes don't.
Do you have any idea of what could this be?
Thank you in advance.
