Hi All,
I have been looking at upgrading my linux box to the version 2.2.0
kernel, when released, and in order to try this I have installed Kernel
2.2.0pre6.

The problem I have is that although it compiles correctly, the ax25
utilities (Listen, mheardd, netromd etc) are reporting the following error
when I try to run them:

     Socket: Socket type not supported

I have recompiled them, and receive no error messages during the make.

Can anybody shed any light on this?
