Newsgroups are provided by you Internet service provider. Your Internet 
service provider should be able to give this information to you. You need 
news reader software like FreeAgent to connect to the news server and 
read the posting. 


Newsgroups are not the same as email lists like Linux-hams. I assume that 
you are not confusing the two.
