In ax25d.conf you have:

> <netrom>
   ^^^^^^
> parameters      7 100 10  *   60  5

and in port.sys you have:

As you see you have two applications listening on the same NET/ROM
interface! I don't remember but I think it's the last one that wins here. 
You probably have FBB starting after ax25d so your system will answer with
BBS when someone calls PI1TCP over NET/ROM.

Note that the callsign in init.srv is used only when FBB listens to AX.25
connections. NET/ROM callsign is determined by the interface. You need to
set up an another NET/ROM interface in nrports. Give it the callsign
PI8TCP and configure FBB to listen on that interface.
