There are some really critical changes to configuration defaults which might
cause unexpected results when you upgrade Samba. These are documented in the
release notes. If you want to preserve the original behavior, you will need to
insert explicit directives for these configuration issues rather than relying
upon defaults. On the other hand, you might prefer the new settings.
