Hi Robby,
You do not need any utility to detect them. You have to configure your
additional serial card for COM3 and COM4. Your addresses sholud be 3E8 and
2E8 respectively. Problem will be with IRQ setting. It depends on your
serial cards. If it is 8 bit card you will have a choice of IRQ 2(9), 5 and
7. If it is 16bit card you can have a choice of additional IRQ's 10, 11, 12
depending on your existing hardware configuration.
