HAPPY99.EXE should display the message "This program must be run under Win32"
on a DOS computer. It is a Win32 PE-format executable binary and cannot infect
DOS, Windows 3.1, OS/2, or Linux systems. It will infect Windows 95 and
Windows 98 systems. It can infect Windows NT systems if it is run by a user
who has necessary permissions to modify network DLLs and the registry.
