Hi Gerhard,

first don't take this patch too seriously.
This patch cut the sending of Information packets while in recovery
state (when the "maxwait" or "t1 timer" has timed out). So it doesn't
work very well: retransmission of packets in recovery state is "kicked"
too slowly... But the problem of REJ seem solved with that, in _my_ case
it is better now. I have tested it with two linux stations.

What I really wanted to do was to allow only the retransmission of
Information in recovery state only when we receive a RR(f). But I don't
see how do that in the source code. I'll study more the issue. This
problem didn't happened in Jnos, and the procedure in the retransmission
is the same that the actual linux, so that's maybe change in the
processing of REJ packets wich is different.
