Why doesn't that come as a surprise to me...:-)

Rob is breaking/adapting mainstream protocols, Cees,
and this is the result.
I don't doubt his intentions were/are sincere and the results
admirable, but, in my view, we've ended up with a
CHL-dominated packet network in the Netherlands.
This in itself is not bad (at least, it seems to work).
What's bad is the fact that we all seem to accept it,
and tell new sysops to run CHL-NET to make
their node(s) "compatible" with the others.

By the way, what's the status on the CHL-NET
source code? Is it available somewhere?
