Well, you need ALL the parts that make up that "something.jpg", and 
then, attempt to reconstruct it.

>From a dump file, you first:

7plus -x dumpfile

And you will get all the something.pxx that make up the 
file being distributed .

Then 7plus something.p01, and it will call all the parts and 
reconstruct something.jpg, or whatever the file is named.

PS: I assumed you had a dump (export to) file. If you already have 
the .p01, .p02, etc, then you may decode directly.
