Seems that my previous post didn't reach the list, so here go again the errors list I got while compiling ax25-utils-2.1.42a.glibc.tar.gz All commands compiled well and are functional, except node. I am on the air with what did compile, and it is doing well, just missing the node frontend. At CO2JA now I am using RedHat 5.1 with glibc and kernel 2.0.36. If need any other details, please ask. --- In file included from node.c:10: /usr/include/linux/in.h:42: parse error before `__u32' /usr/include/linux/in.h:42: warning: no semicolon at end of struct or union /usr/include/linux/in.h:49: field `imr_multiaddr' has incomplete type /usr/include/linux/in.h:50: field `imr_interface' has incomplete type /usr/include/linux/in.h:59: field `sin_addr' has incomplete type /usr/include/linux/in.h:63: sizeof applied to an incomplete type node.c: In function `main': node.c:130: warning: implicit declaration of function `inet_ntoa' node.c:130: warning: passing arg 2 of `strcpy' makes pointer from integer without a cast make[1]: *** [node.o] Error 1 make: *** [all] Error 2 ---- Even when I finally found the i386.rpm version of the utils (thanks to all who did help, got several replies) it seems interesting to find out what is going wrong with this. I have received mails telling me that the ax25-utils and awznode-0.3b compile well in RH 5.2, so I am curious, and possibly not alone. 73 de Jose, CO2JA ----- Ing. Jose A.
