TNC Desicions got me down.

I'm looking for a TNC that will do Both 1200, and 9600 baud, portable(will
fit on my lapop), is linux compatable. Has the ability to do 19.2kbs(with
upgrade or whatever..), and can do TCP/IP.
I've looked at paccomms, and others, and I just can't figure out which one
to go with.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

I was looking at the YAM, would this work?
