Why do you want to do so? The AX.25 code in 2.0.36/2.0.37 is working stable (yes, compared to DOS some people encountered slightly less performance, but it runs stable). In Kernel 2.2.x, the AX.25 implementation seems to be incomplete (refer to the thread "kernel panics when downing interface"
in this list).

Unfortunately, there was no information about the changes available on http://www.linuxhq.com/kpatch20.html until now. But if you look at the patch from 2.0.36 to 2.0.37 you can't find references to AX.25. So I guess there were no changes.
