        Yes Luis,

        You are right, im able to read all the packets from the other
 sations but i cant transmit long packets. Im using Kenwood TH-405 ,
 rather old, but i know many people using it for 9k6 and they have not
 this kind of problems. If its a PLL problem, what can i do?
