Where is latest AX25 information?

Where can I find the latest information for configuring a Linux 2.2 system
for AX25?    The only AX25-HOWTO I can find  appears to be quite old.

I want to upgrade my 2.0.33 Linux AX25 box to a 2.2 Kernel.. and I heard
there were many AX25 changes made since then.. but I can't find accurate
updated information.   I also heard rumors that I will need new AX25-utils
too..  Where can I get them?
