Turn on the support for AF_PACKET. It's called "Packet socket" in the
kernel configuration. Also "alias net-pf-17 af_packet" might be needed in
/etc/conf.modules.

PS. No, it doesn't have anything to do with packet radio per se, it's just
something that is needed to be able to monitor any network traffic.
