ax25-utils

[Ted Ozolins]

While runing the 2.0.34 to 36 kernel(libc5) I was able to compile the
ax25-utils with out a problem. Now that I'm runing 2.2.10 kernel (glibc)
(Caldera Systems 2.2) I fail with "make". The compile has problems
"procutils.c" I have enabled the ax25 in the kernel build. I must be
overlooking something I'm sure.
