Yep, for quite some time now.
Depends on 2.0.xx kernel or 2.2.xx to configure them, but in general
compile a kernel with ax25 and baycom support, and i would suggest using
modules.
You can get the ax25 utils for the 2.2.xx kernel from ftp.suse.com, and
perhaps reading the (outdated) ax25-howto would help.
When installed and configured the driver/module you can use any linux
ax25 programm such as tnos/jnos/xpr/fbb/whampes/dxnet etc.

Starting with ax25 with linux can be a bit nasty (because outdated
documentation).
But asking detailed questions with the relevant information (after
reading the docs) , would help you to start with it.
