I think it is a hardware problem. On some computers the BayCom
drivers have problems with the serial port (UART). The only thing
that helps reliably here is adding an old serial port card based on
the 8250 UART (or, in some cases, it also works with 16440).
Or do you have two serial ports using one interrupt? You should
avoid this since it leads to problems in most cases.
