As someone already mentioned, you will need to have ax.25 support in the
kernel for the utilities to work.  If (and it is a big if) you can get
that it is quite likely that the tools will work as most of the code
would be portable.  The new autoconf/automake system is supposed to make
it easier to port code as it checks for a lot of the common differences.

Still it is not something I would support directly; if someone sends me
a patch for BSD support and it doesn't break anything then I will
include it.
