Ahh yes, there should always be something new otherwise things
would get too boring very quickly :-)
So the LDP has its own domain now - that is interesting.
But for the question: There ist still an AX25.HOWTO available at
http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/AX25-HOWTO.html
The problem was the dot between the AX and the 25.
However, I started to retranslating the AX25-HOWTO (guess I'll
have to get familiar with this spelling omitting that dot) back into
English from parts of the german version mentioned below.
