The arpxxxxx file in /proc/net... do not exist but you give me the idea and
i try changing the file:
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/sm0/mcast_solicit to 10 and (10 times to retry)
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/neigh/sm0/retrans_time 500 (5 seconds to retry arp req)
AND WORK GOOD!!!
