It originates from a LinuxDoc SGML version (yes, I know, there's 
DocBook, but the german HOWTO project maintainer insists on 
using LinuxDoc together with sgml-tools-1.0.9 where he has issued 
a patch against).
If useful I could make both an archive of the HTML files and the 
SGML version available.
