You really should have written this in english.
Perhaps you would like to tell us some core ideas of your research?
As far as I�m concerned I�m of the opinion it would be neccessary to
first
design a new link layer protocol. In principle usuable network protocols
are 
already there, see IP and NET/ROM L3 or take a look at the flexnet
aproach.
