In normal AX.25 digipeating the digipeater sets the "digipeated" bit for
it's address in the header. Rxecho of course doesn't do that.

Rxecho could be used to make a station on another frequency (a bbs maybe)
available on another frequency through your station as if it was directly
reachable but I'm not sure that would be a good idea. But then again
digipeating isn't a good idea either...
