Unfortunately it seems that H.323 just specifies the control
channel data flow, and not the codecs to use. So 100% compliant
software can't talk to each other. Like NetMeeting won't talk to
Netscape Conference (or whatever it's called), or wouldn't last time
I experimented with this.
