Hello All.

First seasons greetings to all.

I seem to have a rather large problem and i dont see a simple answer.

I run ax25ipd installed and compiled from ax25-apps-0.0.4 with a
slackware-7.0 system using
gcc version egcs-2.91.66 19990314/Linux (egcs-1.1.2 release)

At bootime shortly after booting, (yes even i reboot), the file
/etc/ax25/ax25ipd.routes goes berzirk, it keeps increasing untill the
partition is full with all the consiquencies that come with a full
partition, no sendmail etc, it has gotten over 400mB, there is constant
hard-disk activity which atracts my attention thats how i found out what
was going on.

All thats in the file is the same routes repeated 10000 times over and over.

I simply do;
      > /etc/ax25/ax25ipd.routes

and the file is then 0 bytes, after the first received node broadcast from
anyone of my netrom partners thier is no problem all routes are workable
and simply everything seems ok.
I dont even restart ax25ipd.

No doubt i will be the only one with this problem, but it does seem to be a
reocuring one.

Does anyone have any pointers, Eg; what can i do to trace the problem. i
could indeed start ax25ipd with strace and have strace fill up the disk, it
is not an isolated incident here.

I must say its happend 4 times now, but there again its been with 2.2.14pre
kernels, and since the ax25 patches took effect, by that i am "not" saying
it only started then, i only noticed it then.

I will be away for 4 days so there will be no reply to any quires for that
time at least.
