Merry Christmas
I have a problem with the T1 timers and possibly T2 T3 not being read by
the applications.
When I log into the linux_node and issue the LInk command, I use to see
the T1 timer values counting up to the maximum setting and the retry
counter working together.
All I currently see is 000/000 for the T1 and 00/10 for the retry
counting up to 10/10 and the link drops. Then re-establishes.
In the previous system I ran 2.0.35, I use to change the values in
/proc/sys/net/ax25/interface_name/various timer param files with a
script file. (as reported many times over the past year or so)
Values I load in to t1_timer 70, t2_timer 10, t3_timer 18000
In the 2.2.13 kernel I am using the values are set to what I require,
also I have tried adding the 'parameters' command into the ax25d.conf
this does not seem to have an effect.
Anyone connecting to the system via ax25 & netrom seem to be getting two
polls every second until the retry counter reaches 10 according to the
listen monitor screen.
any clues as to what I am doing wrong.
