pb-pg and libax-0.07

Hello ,
I have on my computer linux mandrake 6.1 with kernel 2.2.13 with ax25
and glibc 1.2
-libax25-0.07
-ax25-tool-0.05
-ax25-apps-0.0.4
It works fine for tcp/ip packet radio http and ftp server .
I try to install pb-pg-1.3 but in the makefile it needs ax25-utils .
Is ther a new version of pb-pg for libax25 ?
I have a KCT tracking and tuning card:  is there a software  under linux
for such device ?
