libax25 ax25-apps ax25-tools-0.0.x and node-0.3.0 are later editions of
ax25-utils-2.2.42x.

The later being for libc the new stuff for glibc.

So you are trying to compile something which does not suit your system,
like Tom said, its a kernel header/glibc issue.
But you have all you need installed already, you said it all compiled and
installed ok.
